It is a surface treated, super ultrafine and very narrow particle size distribution precipitated calcium carbonate specially formulated as functional filler in water based coatings.

Applications:

Water based coatings.

NPCCA605 can make coating exquisite, even, quick dry and good optics property. Comparing with lithopone, it has better adsorbability and surface chemical property.

The surface tension of the coating with NPCCA605 is less than the coating with lithopone.

The hiding power of the coating with NPCCA605 is higher than the coating with lithopone because high dispersibility of NPCCA605.

The particle size of NPCCA605 is very small so that NPCCA605 is very easy wetting in water and being ground and dispersed easily. NPCCA605 can replace part of Titanic oxide so that it can reduce formulation cost of coatings.
